Young People

As part of our ‘Children and Young People’ strand, we commission projects that engage young people across both formal education and informal youth settings. The projects may also include working with local families.

Inspiring children and young people

We want young people to be proud of where they live and inspired to contribute to Bedford’s future. 

Our projects support young people to develop creative skills and ambition so that they feel they have the confidence, opportunity and the tools to support their future.

In addition to working directly with young people, we also collaborate with educators and youth workers to increase their confidence and skills in delivering art-based learning.
