Associate Producer

Kayte Judge is mentoring up and coming producers as part of the Producer Hub offer. With an MSc in Managing Business Creativity and Innovation she cut her teeth in the arts through her community work as a social entrepreneur, running RSA funded grass roots arts projects in empty shops in Bedford before joining BCA.

In her 10 years at BCA she ran Creative Bedfordshire, the Bedford Culture Network, Gigs4kids, the Make Way for Culture Programme, and founded The Culture Challenge, amongst other projects. She is now a community based arts consultant undertaking projects in schools, hospitals, music services and housing associations.
