Radhika Aggarwal

Passionate about new writing and building ensemble, Rad is an award-winning actor and theatre-maker, working across film, theatre, television, games, and audio. Over lockdown, she founded Echo Chamber Audio to explore aural storytelling, especially stories tied to place, written by those invested in that space. Audio commissions include ‘Pretending To Protest’ (Shout Festival),  ‘ReWrendering’  (Theatre Deli/Dark Yellow Dot/City of London Corporation), ‘Dyke Shoes’  (Rebel Dyke Art Show/Bishopsgate Institute), BAKI (British Council/Tara Theatre/Birmingham REP and then touring in Bangladesh), and developing SALT by Abhishek Majumdar.

She recently created WHO ATE ALL THE PIES (The Space/Overhear/Recreate) with 10 local artists,  on the Isle of Dogs, a GPS audio quest for families to solve followed by Pie and Mash.

Rad was part of Soho Theatre Writers Lab 21/22.  She is the drummer with antifolk band Extradition Order and a member of Orchestrated Discontent.
