BCA is developing a new festival that uses art and culture to celebrate Bedford as the most multi-cultural and yet quintessentially English riverside market town…. Somewhere in England.

We’re inviting community groups, voluntary organisations and charities to come and take part in a hands‑on workshop where we’ll explore opportunities for partnership and collaboration and brainstorm programming ideas. We’d love to know where you can — and would like to — get involved.
