After collaborating on a previous project, Processions, we’re thrilled to continue working with artist Quilla Constance (QC) on Teasing Out Contingencies.

With a focus on collaboration, dialogue and exchange, QC is inviting the public to take part in a series of workshops to create inventive performances and scenarios, asking the questions what is British society and where are we going? Contributors will also be given the opportunity to respond to her specially commissioned oil painting, which will present diverse scenes from British society today.

You can read more about the project here.

Whilst some live aspects of this work have been delayed due to Covid-19, QC has remained busily working on the commission throughout the pandemic. She has also made appearances on Rob and Romesh Vs Art on Sky TV and featured in the BBC Short How Limits Can Boost Your Creativity, continuing to build an international profile.

Take a closer look at the latest appearances below.
