Airship Dreamers in schools

Shortstown Airship Dreams. Colourful craft airship

Our Airship Dreams: Escaping Gravity project provides a great way for schools to link local, social history to the curriculum across a range of STEAM subjects.

We have been working closely with Shortstown Primary School to develop a set of resources that are FREE for schools to use.  We’ve called this programme the Airship Dreamers Club.

The resources can be used to support curriculum teaching, just for fun, or can be shared with parents for them to engage with their children at home.

The resources are a perfect way to maximise a visit to the Airship Dreams: Escaping Gravity exhibition at The Higgins Bedford between 10th July – 20th March 2022.  Bookings can be made from September onwards. If you’d like to book a school visit to the museum, contact Clare Rogers (clare.rogers@bedford.gov.uk) or The Higgins Bedford (thehiggins@bedford.gov.uk )

Feel free to explore and download all the FREE resources below.  If you have any questions, please contact same@bedfordcreativearts.org.uk
